Each video submitted must be accompanied by six forms. These are: All
forms are in pdf format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open them.
In addition, students should submit some type of storyboard, or prewriting sheet, that indicates how they went about planning their digital story. There is no set format for this. However, you can click here for a possible storyboard form that may be used. Teachers are encouraged to help students fill out these forms and may want to proofread them before final submittal. This is especially true of the reflection sheet. Please help students figure out which of the Missouri standards, GLEs and/or CLEs their movie falls under. |
