Videoconferencing Commitment:
As one of the nation's top videoconferencing resellers, we bring over
10 years of expertise in this rapidly growing market. AT&T has strategic
alliances with the industry-leading manufacturers such as Tandberg. When
you combine these vendor relationships with our AT&T "Essential
Serve" help desk, you cannot find a better value anywhere else. Following
is a brief description of the AT&T implementation and help desk services.
Implementation
Over 100 trained installation technicians
Equipment delivery within 45 days of contract signature
Installation within one week of equipment delivery
Test for successful inbound/outbound video call completion
Video Help Desk
We have over 500 employees and are staffed 24x365, so that you do not
have long hold times or are told that you have to call back when tech
support is open. In addition, we do not outsource our video help desk
to a third party, so you are speaking to an AT&T employee. Another
benefit to you is that we maintain a centralized customer history that
can reference the implementation dates and review any previous issues.
This one point of contact makes it easier for you when you have questions
or problems arise. If you do experience a problem, our technicians will
perform remote diagnostics testing, dispatch a field technician and see
the project all the way through to making a video test call following
the resolution, making sure that you are completely satisfied. We support
over 3.1 million ports and over 6000 end points with all videoconferencing
applications such as ISDN, IP, or ATM.
