National Honor Society

A group dedicated to those displaying the highest standards in the principles of scholarship, leadership, character, and service. The main focus of the group is to set examples for others by completing community service projects while maintaing high academic standards

  • 5: Officer meeting at 7:15 a.m.
  • 12: Membership meeting at 7:45 a.m. in the amphitheatre Bring $2 for dues, Fall induction at 7:30 pm in the gym-reception afterwards in cafeteria make sure you wear pin and dress nice you need to arrive by 7:15 pm current members bring dessert to school by 2:35 pm to Mrs. Harms' or Mr. Noce's room
  • 19: Blood Drive forms are due (must sign up at least 2 people)
  • 21: Homecoming parade at 1:00 p.m. there is a chili supper before the football game from 4:30-6:30 bring dessert to Mrs. Harms' room or cafeteria by 4:30
  • 28: Blood drive in gym from 6:15 a.m. to 2:35 p.m. officers and seniors will work shifts

  • 15: Teacher Breakfast prepared in Mrs. Gibson's Room-served in the library
  • 17: Rake leaves at VFW at 9:00 a.m.
  • TBA: Optimist Club (Head Start)-wrap presents and pack bags possible service project.
