  1. FHS Chat & Chew Book Club--we will meet tomorrow 14th in the Library to discuss Unwind.  Come and join the discussion with us.
  2. Fellowship of Christian Athletes will meet this Thursday at 7:00 a.m. at Mr. Tedford’s room 100, join us for donuts and devotion.
  3. JV Football was a winner last night over Desoto 36-0!
  4. Art Club Meets tomorrow.  There are no requirements other than to be ready to work.
  5. STUDENTS:  Attend the Jefferson County College Fair tonight at 6 p.m at the Jefferson College Fieldhouse.  This is a GREAT opportunity to meet one-on-one with numerous college representatives.  
  6. Speech and Theater Club students going on Thursday's field trip need to check the list outside room 212 to make sure that their names are on the list and permission slip has been turned in.  Students going on the trip need to make sure that they have made arrangements to make up all work and tests that may result from missing 3rd-6th hour on Thursday.
  7. All Speech Team members competing in next weeks meet must come to a brief meeting after school this Thursday to discuss the final roster and information for next week.  If you cannot make the meeting, stop by room 212 to confirm your speaking events.
  8. FBLA members going to fall conference, your first payment is due this week!
  9. Spanish Club, Members we are taking t-shirt orders. The price is $9.00 please cash only. due date isOctober 16 th.
  10. Seniors, submit your  t-shirt design. Due date is October 31th of October.Please see Mrs. Fernandez for details.
  11. The following colleges will be in the Counseling Office during the month of October.  Check the windows in the Counseling Office and stop in to get a pass to visit with the colleges of your choice: Wed. October 14-Missouri Science & Technology 10:00 and Fontbonne Univ. 1:10, Mon. Oct. 19-Lindenwood University 8:30 and Tues. Oct. 27-Hannibal-LaGrange College 10:30.
  12. There will be a NHS meeting tomorrow at 8:15 in the theatre. 
  13. Senior Picture Deadline is Oct. 31st.
  14. We are kicking off our UNICEF fundraiser sponsored by Key Club please be generous. 
  15. Boys Basketball Open Conditioning starts Monday, October  12th after school in the intermediate.  You must have a physical on file to participate. 
  16. "French club will meet Tuesday, at 2:45. Bring your T-shirt form and money"
  17. Everyone is invited to Winter Guard tryout. Training for Tryouts will be held in the gym from 5 - 7pm on October 27th and 30th. Tryouts will be from 5 - 7 on November 5.
  18. SENIORS:  Remind your parents that tomorrow at 7 p.m. is our annual Senior Parent Scholarship Night.  It is highly recommended that at least one parent attend this event.  Parents should RSVP the counseling office if they plan to attend so that a packet can be made.
  19. Students:  If  you accidently  picked up a Baseball Cap by mistake  last Wednesday from Mrs. Biehles Office that does not belong please return to Mrs. Biehle or Mrs. Lassing asap.
  20. Congratulations to the following Students of the Week:  Seniors-JT Fahey nominated by Mrs. Wolk, Junior-Tracy Henson nominated by Mrs. Lassing, Sophomore Danielle Pauly nominated by Mrs. Wolk and Freshman Jordan Hedge nominated by Ms. Pruneau.
