- FHS Chat & Chew Book Club--we will meet WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 14th in the Library to discuss Unwind. Come and join the discussion with us.
- Spanish Club, Members we are taking t-shirt orders. The price is $9.00 please cash only. due date isOctober 16 th.
- Seniors, submit you t-shirt design. Due date is October 31th of October.Please see Mrs. Fernandez for details.
- TREND members: Our next TREND meeting is today, after school in the cafeteria. Please remember to bring a personal hygiene product to the meeting or to Mrs. Wolk's room. We will have burgers and drinks at the meeting and discuss plans for Freight Fest.
- The following colleges will be in the Counseling Office during the month of October. Check the windows in the Counseling Office and stop in to get a pass to visit with the colleges of your choice:Tues. Oct. 13, 9:30 St. Louis College of Health Careers, Wed. October 14-Missouri Science & Technology 10:00 and Fontbonne Univ. 1:10, Mon. Oct. 19-Lindenwood University 8:30 and Tues. Oct. 27-Hannibal-LaGrange College 10:30.
- There will be a NHS meeting Wednesday, Oct 14th at 8:15 in the theatre.
- Senior Picture Deadline is Oct. 31st.
- Students are adding the orange Unicef boxes to your classroom. We are kicking off our UNICEF fundraiser sponsored by Key Club. Please ask students to donate coins and make our coin drive a successs. Students will collect the boxes on October 29th and 30th. Thanks for your help.
- Boys Basketball Open Conditioning starts Monday, October 9th after school in the intermediate. You must have a physical on file to participate.
- "French club will meet Tuesday, at 2:45. Bring your T-shirt form and money"
- Everyone is invited to Winter Guard tryout. Training for Tryouts will be held in the gym from 5 - 7pm on October 27th and 30th. Tryouts will be from 5 - 7 on November 5.
- SENIORS: Remind your parents that this Wednesday at 7 p.m. is our annual Senior Parent Scholarship Night. It is highly recommended that at least one parent attend this event. Parents should RSVP the counseling office if they plan to attend so that a packet can be made.
- Students: If you accidently picked up a Baseball Cap last week from Mrs. Biehles Office that does not belong please return to Mrs. Biehle or Mrs. Lassing asap.
- Congratulations to the boys varsity cross country team for winning the Potosi Invitational. Congratulations to the boys jv cross country team for winning the Potosi Invitational.Congratulations to Cole Allison for winning the Potosi Invitational. Congratulations to Tiffany Smith, Nichole Beffa, Crystal Beffa, Lainey Foltz, Kelsey Thurman, Drew White, Zach Abernathy, Blake Darnell, and Shane Brown for winning medals in the varsity race at the Potosi Invitational.Congratulations to Zach Abrams, Christain Hunter, Dylan Schollmeyer, Stephen Wolk, Will Thompson, Jacob Hoban, Chris Stanfill, Zach Reed, and Justin Friedmeyer for winning medals in the jv race at the Potosi Invitational.
