- JUNIORS--You can still turn in magazine orders through next week if you have any. These will still count towards the prizes--Sell 7, get a free Skin It or CD; Sell 12, get a free Stadium Blanket; Sell 16, get a free Prom Ticket. Turn your orders in to Mr. Schnabel in room 226.
- Spirit Days for next week are: Monday PJ Day, Tuesday Salad Dressing Day-Freshman French Dressing, Soph. Ranch Dressing, Juniors Ceasar and Seniors Thousand Island, Wed. WackyWednesday, Thurs. Superhero Day and Friday Gold and Black Day.
- Renaissance members please stop by Mrs. Bohn's Classroom, room 119, to sign up for up coming events next week.
- The Chat & Chew book club's book for next month, UNWIND, is available in the library. Come by and check one out and join us next month.
- The sophomores will be building their float at the white shed across from J and B meat market on North 6th from 5 -9 Monday thru Friday next week. See Mrs. Harms in Room 104 or Chris Palmero for directions.
- Students check your name on Mrs. Biehle’s Office window to see if you qualify for Renaissance Rewards next Tuesday.
- Project Prom will be selling ice cream today.50 cents or 1.00 with toppings.
- The following colleges will be in the Counseling Office the next two weeks in September. Stop by to pick up a pass to visit with them. Friday during lunch ITT Technical Institute, Monday, September 21-Maryville University at 8:00 and SEMO at 1:00, Tuesday, September 22-Missouri State University and Wednesday, September 23-Southern Illinois University-Carbondale at 8:45.
- STUDENTS: If you plan to take the October 24 ACT, you must be registered by today in order to avoid a late fee.
- Balfour will be at school today during lunches for class ring orders. We will have a parent night onThursday September 17th from 5-7 p.m.. Juniors and Seniors you can still order a class ring - packets are in the office. $75 dollar deposit.
- Any Sophomore or Junior who is wanting to sign up for the PSAT you may do so in the counseling office. Cost is $13 which must be paid when you sign up. Test is Wednesday, October 14. See Ms. Esparza or Mrs. Brown if you have any questions.
- Students: Homecoming tickets are now available before school, during lunch and after school with Mrs. Lassing. The are 4.00 each in advance and 5.00 at the door. All fines must be taken care of to attend the dance.
- Members of the Spanish club, we are placing orders for t-shirts. The cost is $9.00, please only cash.
- Outside Guest Forms are available at either office. Forms must be turned in to Mrs. Biehle by 3:00 on Wednesday, 9/23/09
- A pair of glasses, pair of jeans, a bag, a pair of sweats and a set of pictures can be claimed at the main office.
- FBLA meets after school today Room 225.
- Model UN will meet Monday, Sept. 21 after school in Ms. Cooper's Room (200) to choose committees and topics. Bring $5.00 dues if you haven't paid yet.
- There is hallway decorating for after school today. Anyone is welcome to come and help your class.
- A+ Tutors: Timesheet #2 must be turned before you leave today.
- Freshmen...floating building starts Monday and the Festus Airport from 5-9 p.m.
- Could the following Freshman please report to Ms. Barnes TODAY: Cruz Ibaviosa, Justin Amsden, Logan Bone, Nick Queen, Blake Darnell, Chris Cage, Deryk Weber and Travis Downey.
- Attention Juniors: The float building for juniors will take place at the red roof storage facility here in Festus. The facility is located off of Horine Road across from the entrance into Alexander Heights. See Mike Frey or Brandon Tran for directions.
