- Coach Schmidt is still looking for managers for the football team anyone interested please see him asap
- FHS Color Guard will be having a car wash and bake sale this Saturday from 8am till noon on the Fashion Bug parking lot by the Festus Wal-Mart. So, come and get your car washed and donate to a good cause. Anyone interested in being a manager for
- Cross Country see Coach Wright. Anyone still interested in running Cross Country see Coach Wright or Coach Dalton.
- Chess Club is next Tuesday, August 25th after school in the cafeteria.
- Students to order yearbooks go online to www.jostensyearbooks.com to order and pay for your yearbook. Don’t miss out on this special "back to school" sale.
- We need more Freshman interested in running for STUCO. The sign up needs to be picked up today and is due back by Tuesday of next week. Room 112If you have lost an earring see Mrs. Lassing ASAP to describe.
- Boosters will be selling Jamboree T-Shirts today for 10.00 along with Sports Passes.
- SENIORS: Apply NOW for the 2009 Wendy's High School Heisman Award. You are eligible for this award if you participate in at least one sport. Go to www.wendysheisman.com to apply. FHS will have one male and one female winner. APPLY NOW!
- Back to School Dance - has been moved to next Friday, August 28th 9 pm - 11pm $2 to get in Hot dogs and soda for sale at the dance. Students must be in attendance all day Friday to attend the dance.
- Gold and Black Pack sign-ups begin today in the gym foyer, Place your order before today, the cost is 12.00.
- Attention Softball Players: See Coach Montgomery to turn in your emergency cards and student athlete contracts. He needs them as soon as possible.
