Finance 101 - Understanding Your Role in Managing District Finances - Kevin Supple
Have you ever wondered how your district is financed? This session will help you better understand where school districts get their funding and how those monies are spent. Support personnel play a pivotal role in purchasing decisions. We’ll explore what you can do to derive the best value in your purchasing decisions in order to support the management of your district’s finances.
Taking Action Toward Your Retirement Goals - Peter Sanfelippo
Gain knowledge of the 4 Stages of the Retirement Process: Saving, Receiving, Managing, and Transferring. Learn the importance of budgeting for retirement and the impact starting at different times can have on the end-result. In addition, we will clarify the various savings baskets available for individuals such as the IRA, 457 and 403(b) plans.
