Staying Safe for your Children, You, and Others!

Don't Be A Victim: Ron Buretta - Learn how to avoid scams and spot the red flags of fraud. Do your own investigations––avoid being a victim. Spot phony financial opportunities, screen business sources such as home remodel agencies, and caregivers for the elderly.

Internet and Cyber Safe: Nancy George - What dangers lurk online for our children? Nancy will cover the Internet Safety concepts of Online Community, Cyber Security, Cyber Bullying and Cyber Predators.

CPR for Support Staff: Wes Jansson - A Basic Life Support course to train you in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillator (AED), choking relief, and basic first aid emergencies. Wes will work to accommodate your needs within the stated course completion requirements. You can also gain CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be working on your hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting. If you have a physical condition that prevents these activities, tell one of the instructor when you arrive.
